How to Get the sultanqq App
We offer three paths to access sultanqq: a native Android APK, an iOS browser option, and a responsive web application. All three give you full access to live football betting, live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus), and esports markets. Choose the one that fits your device and preference.

App vs. Browser: What's the Difference?
The native Android app offers offline caching, so cached pages load instantly even if your connection drops for a moment. Push notifications alert you when your live bets settle, when a favourite team is about to kick off, or when a new tournament opens during Piala Indonesia season. The app also uses less data than a browser and stores your login session, so you do not have to re-enter your credentials every time. The web version works on any device and requires no installation—just bookmark it in your browser. Both paths give you the same betting markets, live-dealer lineup, and account management tools; the choice depends on whether you prefer the speed of an app or the simplicity of a browser.
App updates are automatic on Android.
We push security patches and feature updates regularly; you will be prompted to download the latest version when you open the app.
Device Compatibility
Our Android app runs on devices with Android 7.0 and above. If your phone or tablet is older than that, the web version is your best option—it works in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on any OS. iOS users can use the app through Safari or Chrome browsers; we do not offer a native iOS app, but our responsive web design adapts perfectly to iPhones and iPads. Devices with at least 100 MB free storage are recommended for smooth installation and operation.
Troubleshooting Installation Issues
If your Android device blocks the APK, check that "Unknown Sources" or "Install from Unknown Sources" is enabled in Settings > Security. Some devices also ask you to trust the certificate; tap "Install anyway" if prompted. If the app crashes after install, clear the app cache by going to Settings > Apps > sultanqq > Storage > Clear Cache, then restart the app. On iOS, if the browser shows a warning about the site, this is normal—tap "Continue" or "Visit Website" to proceed. For web-based access on any device, make sure your browser allows JavaScript and cookies; if you see a blank page, try refreshing or switching browsers.
Data Security and Permissions
When you install our app or log in via the web, we use SSL encryption to protect your login details, payment information, and betting history. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We ask for permission to access your device's phone number and email so we can send you password-reset codes and account notifications; we never share this data with third parties. During sign-up, we collect a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driving licence) and may ask for a utility bill to verify your address—this is standard practice to prevent fraud and comply with local regulations. All documents are encrypted and stored securely; we delete them after verification is complete, unless we are legally required to retain them. Your account is protected by two-factor authentication if you enable it; we recommend doing this on your account settings page.
